It is equipped with a direct-connected double-rotation mechanical pump (including oil filter and anti-oil return device), and the vacuum degree can reach 10-2 Torr, which effectively guarantees the coating quality. Secondly, the compact design makes the small evaporation coating machine only 340mm×390mm×300mm in size, which occupies a small area and greatly saves laboratory space. At the same time, the user-friendly design with convenient operation allows experimenters to quickly get started and complete the operation easily. Finally, the equipment uses carbon fiber double wire (A/B optional), and the evaporation area can reach Ø45mm, which can meet the processing needs of a variety of samples.

 

Simple and convenient operation process:

Sample preparation: Fix the sample to be coated on the sample fixture, and the sample surface needs to be clean and dust-free.

Load carbon fiber filaments: Select A/B type carbon fiber double filaments according to experimental requirements and install them on the evaporation source.

Evacuate: Start the vacuum pump.

Start coating: Set the evaporation current and start the evaporation process. The carbon fiber filaments evaporate carbon atoms after being heated and evenly deposited on the sample surface.

Cooling and sampling: After the coating is completed, turn off the equipment and take out the sample after cooling.
