How to Choose the Right Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coater for Your Needs?
I believe that before buying ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coater, you will have several questions, such as what factors should I consider? What is "suitable"? What kind of ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coater should I choose to maximize its value in my work. Please join me in exploring how to buy the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coater that is truly suitable for you!
First, choose according to the properties of the spraying material:
Viscosity range: Different ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coaters have different adaptability ranges for the viscosity of liquid materials. If the material to be sprayed is a low-viscosity solution (such as some water-based coatings, drug solutions, etc., the viscosity is usually between 1-100mPa・s), most ultrasonic sprayers can do the job. But for high-viscosity materials (such as some polymer melts, thick ceramic slurries, etc., the viscosity may be 100-1000mPa・s or even higher), you need to choose a higher-power ultrasonic transducer and a special nozzle.
Consider the accuracy and uniformity requirements of spraying:
Accuracy requirements: If the application scenario requires extremely high spraying accuracy, such as in the manufacture of microelectronic chips, you need to choose an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coater that can accurately control the droplet size (micrometer level or even smaller) and the spraying position (accuracy reaches submicrometer level).
Uniformity requirements: For applications that require a uniform coating on a large substrate (such as the manufacture of solar panels), choose an ultrasonic sprayer that can ensure uniform droplet distribution. This involves factors such as nozzle design (such as multi-nozzle system, nozzle spray angle and coverage, etc.) and uniformity control of carrier gas.
At this point, I have to introduce our ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coater, which not only includes three ultrasonic nozzles, which can produce fine droplet spray with an average size of 50 microns, but also can deposit multilayer films on substrates with a coating area of up to 14 inches and a maximum temperature of 250°C, which is suitable for the preparation of air-sensitive perovskite solar cells and fuel cell electrodes. It meets the high requirements for spraying accuracy and uniformity mentioned above.
If our ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coater is the equipment you are looking for, please feel free to contact us for more product details.
