Precautions for use:
1. Before use, the oil filling hole screw must be loosened first so that the press can work normally.
2. Regularly add lubricating oil to the screw and plunger pump.
3. The pressure must not exceed the pressure range of the machine, otherwise it will be dangerous.
4. It is advisable to use clean No. 46 engine oil for the press, and never use brake oil.
5. When pressurizing, the manual pressure handle 11 feels strong, but the pressure gauge has no indication. You should unload and check the pressure gauge immediately.
6. For new machines or those that have not been used for a long time, tighten the oil drain valve slightly before use, unload when the pressure reaches 20~25MPa, and repeat 2~3 times continuously, and it can be used normally.
7. The large piston should not exceed the stroke of 20mm.
