Micron grade thermostatic dip coater adopts advanced PLC program control system, equipped with high-precision stepper motor and suspended wire conduction pulling technology to achieve smooth and accurate control of the lifting process. Micron grade thermostatic dip coater uses vertical immersion and pulling method to make the sample immersed in liquid thin film material for a period of time and then slowly pulled, so that a film of a specific thickness grows uniformly on the surface of the sample. Micron grade thermostatic dip coater also has two modes: single-pass operation and full-pass operation. Users can flexibly set the pulling speed, immersion residence time, drying time and number of cycles according to experimental requirements. 

 

It is worth mentioning that micron grade thermostatic dip coater is equipped with a constant temperature heating drying oven, which can set the heating constant temperature value according to the coating process requirements to further improve the uniformity and quality of thin film preparation. Its 4.3-inch color touch screen is simple and intuitive, easy to operate, and is particularly suitable for beginners and professional researchers.
