Introduction of vacuum arc melting furnace:
Sp-MSM25-4 small vacuum arc melting furnace is a special equipment for melting various metal samples under vacuum conditions. Metal smelting tube sealing furnace is mainly used for the preparation of various metal samples, and can also be used for metal tube sealing welding in the research field.
Precautions for metal smelting tube sealing furnace:
1. Do not loosen the outer nut during the use of metal smelting tube sealing furnace, otherwise it will cause the electrode to leak.
2. The metal smelting tube sealing furnace should be placed in a dry and clean environment.
3. Check whether the pipeline is unobstructed regularly and remove scale in time. The movable joint ball in the middle of the electrode rod needs to be coated with some vacuum grease frequently. This helps to reduce the wear of the sealing ring, improve the flexibility of the rod, and increase the sealing effect of the vacuum arc melting furnace.
4. The vacuum arc melting furnace should be kept clean, especially the front and rear observation windows, copper crucibles and other important parts. The equipment needs to be evacuated to a vacuum state when not in use.
