SP-MSM1000 non consumable vacuum arc melting furnace is a furnace that includes electromagnetic stirring, melting, suction casting, casting and other functions. Non consumable vacuum arc melting furnace can melt suction casting as well as melting casting, and can turn over alloy ingots for multiple melting under the condition of protective gas. Non consumable vacuum arc melting furnace can realize a variety of melting experimental methods and is an ideal melting equipment for exploring new generation alloys.

1.Vacuum non consumable electrode arc furnace adopts front-opening structure, which is convenient for taking and placing samples.

Installation conditions ofvacuum arc furnace with high melting:

1. Ambient temperature: 10℃~40℃.

2. Relative humidity: Not more than 75%.

3. Power supply: AC380V, three-phase, 50±0.5Hz, must be well grounded.

4. Equipment power: Less than 27KW (total equipment power for a single WS630 welder). Two WS630 welders are required to melt samples over 500g.

5. Rated input capacity of power supply: 24.5kVA; rated no-load voltage of power supply: 65V. Standard working voltage of power supply: 34V.

Power supply current adjustment range: 20-630A (parameters for a single WS630 welder). Two WS630 welders are required to melt samples over 500g.

6. Water supply: Water pressure 0.2MPa~0.4MPa, water temperature 15℃~25℃.

70L/min (provided by circulating water cooler) (deionized water is recommended).

7. Gas supply: The vacuum chamber needs to be filled with high-purity argon (≧5N).

You need to prepare your own argon gas cylinder (with Ø6.35mm and Ø6mm double ferrule connectors).

8. Ventilation device: Required.

9. Equipment surroundings: The environment is clean and the air is clean. There should be no dust or gas that can cause corrosion on the surface of electrical appliances and other metal parts or cause electrical conduction between metals.

Melting crucible

Can be made of 400g, 500g, 600g, 800g, etc. (calibrated with iron), the maximum is 1Kg (calibrated with iron). At present, our experiment can only melt 500g samples (calibrated with iron). The information will be updated after the 1KG sample (calibrated with iron) is successfully melted.
