1. Non consumable vacuum arc melting furnace uses tungsten needle as arc electrode. Tungsten has a very high melting point and the arc temperature can reach up to 3500℃.

SP-MSM1000 non consumable vacuum arc melting furnace is a furnace that includes electromagnetic stirring, melting, suction casting, casting and other functions. Non consumable vacuum arc melting furnace can melt suction casting as well as melting casting, and can turn over alloy ingots for multiple melting under the condition of protective gas. Non consumable vacuum arc melting furnace can realize a variety of melting experimental methods and is an ideal melting equipment for exploring new generation alloys.
