VTC-300USS Ultrasonic Spin-Spray Coater/Glue Sprayer can precisely control the stoichiometric ratio of solution, spraying speed of mist particles, size of the mist particles and other parameters. The diameter of absorbable substrates (of VTC-300USS ultrasonic spin-spray coater/glue sprayer) can be up to 12" (300mm).
Main Features
The ultrasonic atomization method is to spray the solution onto the substrate after atomization, so as to obtain the desired material structure, and the upper heating and baking structure can be selected. This material preparation method is particularly suitable for depositing oxides and has a long history of application in the preparation of transparent electrodes. Now this method is widely used in the preparation of perovskite solar cells.
