Introduction of thin section bonding jig:
YT-08 thin section bonding jig is mainly used to bond and fix thin or small samples. The size of the sample should not exceed 2″×3″ to ensure that the entire sample surface is evenly compressed. Applying a certain pressure to the sample with thin section bonding jig can make the adhesive more evenly distributed between the sample and the slide, and at the same time expel the bubbles between the sample and the slide, so that the sample fits completely on the slide. Thin section bonding jig can fix one or more samples at the same time, and adjust the pressure applied to the sample by adjusting the tightness of the spring. Because the spring has a maximum compression force that it can withstand, when this force is exceeded, the force applied to the sample by the spring will no longer change if the spring is pressurized.
