The specially designed bell jar edge rubber seal can ensure that the glass bell jar will not "collapse" during long-term use, which will affect the vacuum degree of the sample sputtering chamber; the ceramic sealed high-pressure head is more durable than the rubber seal that is usually used. Compact single target plasma sputter coater is small in size and simple to operate, and is suitable for coating small samples in the laboratory.
