Product Introduction

There are two types of samplers: sintered diamond samplers and electroplated diamond samplers. A sintered diamond sampler is sintered with composite of diamond powder and metal powder on the sampler head. Such a sampler not only has the toughness of the substrate metal, but also retains sharpness and wear-resistance of diamond, which enables the sampler head quickly drill and grind into the sample during sampling. An electroplated diamond sampler is plated with diamond powder within a certain width of the sampler head, and diamond particles are directly exposed, directly revealing the sharpness of diamond. The samplers are mainly used together with the SYJ-30QY ring punching & sampling machine manufactured by our company to cut cylindrical or ring-shaped samples from solid materials. They are mainly suitable for sampling from non-metallic substrates, such as crystal, ceramics, glass, rocks, minerals, plastics and, etc., and they are also suitable for more brittle metals.
