Remove the back cover before demolding, which is simple. Soft cold mounting dies are made of silicone with once-through shaping, which can be directly demolded. The price of hard dies are relatively cheaper. Both types of mounting dies can be customized with different diameters or shapes depending on the size of samples. The main function of the cold mounting dies is to ensure that the mounted sample is embedded into a dimensionally stable shape in a fixed space during cold mounting, which is convenient for the smooth progress of the later experiment.
