Shenyang Kejing attended the 18th Academic Conference of Chinese Society for Mineralogy Petrology and Geochemistry
From April 18 to 20, 2023, the 18th Annual Academic Conference of Chinese Society of Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry, hosted by the Chinese Society of Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry and assisted by the School of Earth and Space Sciences of University of Science and Technology of China, was grandly opened in Hefei, Anhui Province. Nearly 2,000 representatives from domestic universities, research institutes and manufacturers attended the conference.
The conference also included two special lectures. A lecture titled "Mineralogy Geochemistry of Converged Plate Margin" was hosted before the conference by University of Science and Technology of China, and given by Academician Zheng Yongfei, Professor Zhao Zifu, Professor Chen Yixiang, Professor Chen Renxu, Professor Dai Liqun, Professor Gao Xiaoying and Professor Xia Qiongxia. During the conference, a lecture titled "Scientific and Technical Paper Writing and Academic Ethics" was given by Professor Zheng Xiujuan of China University of Petroleum (Beijing). These in-depth reports are profound, and have been well received by the majority of young scientific and technological personnel, especially young students.
During the conference, the representatives had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the latest progress in the field of mineralogy, petrology and geochemistry as well as key scientific and technical issues. The representatives generally expressed that they had gained a lot from the reports, which were rich in content and highly cutting-edged, covering a wide range of areas.
