Introduction of Manual hydraulic press for glove box:
YLJ-5T Small manual press is an oil-free manual press, which mainly consists of an oil-free press, a pressure sensor and a display. Small manual press is mainly designed for use in glove boxes to press oxygen-sensitive materials. Moreover, the frame and the oil-free threaded jack of Small manual press can be disassembled and combined to facilitate the instrument to pass through the transition chamber of the glove box.
Precautions for Laboratory Manual Hydraulic Press:
1. It is recommended that instruments with protective covers should close the protective covers when pressurizing. If the press does not have a protective cover, the experimenter must wear a protective cover.
2. The particle size of the powder pressed by the Laboratory Manual Hydraulic Press shall not be less than 30um. If the powder particle size is too small, the powder will penetrate into the gap between the pressing rod and the inner wall of the mold sleeve during pressurization, which will cause damage to the mold.
3. It is recommended that the powder particle size after ball milling and sieving should be controlled at 32~75um. Please use 200 mesh and 450 mesh sieves to sieve the powder, take the middle 32~75um powder (the sieve can be purchased from our company), and then make powder tablets.
4. Please clean the mold of the Small manual press with alcohol before each use. After use, please wipe the mold clean, apply anti-rust oil, and place it.
5. The press can be put into the glove box for use.
