Product Introduction
Magnetic electroplated diamond grinding/lapping discs are made by plating a diamond layer with certain particle size on stainless steel, which are suitable for our UNIPOL series grinding and polishing machines. The grinding discs are magnetic and can be directly adsorbed on the grinding plate. Magnetic electroplated diamond grinding/lapping discs are mainly suitable for coarse grinding of brittle materials such as ceramics, glass, rock, refractory materials, building materials, and grinding of superhard materials such as hard alloy. According to the different diamond particle sizes on the disc surface, the diamond grinding/lapping discs can be divided into different models. Generally, diamond grinding/lapping discs with larger particle sizes are used for coarse grinding, while the ones with smaller particle sizes are selected for fine grinding or polishing. The diamond grinding/lapping discs are made into wafers of different diameters and sizes to match the grinding and polishing machines of different models made by our company.
