Do You Know How To Troubleshoot A Manual Laboratory Hydraulic Press?
In order to ensure the efficient operation and safe use of the YLJ-60TH manual protective press, Shenyang Kejing has carefully compiled common troubleshooting methods and precautions for manual laboratory hydraulic press for users to help users quickly solve problems and extend the service life of the equipment.
Troubleshooting and solutions:
1. Manual laboratory hydraulic press has no pressure.
Cause analysis:
1. Oil leakage causes pressure to fail to build.
2. The drain valve is not tightened.
Solution:
1. Replace the gasket and repair the leaking part.
2. Make sure the drain valve is fully tightened.
3. Press the large piston to the bottom to re-establish pressure.
2. Manual laboratory hydraulic press has pressure drop.
Cause analysis:
1. There is an oil leak in the system.
2. The drain valve port is not sealed tightly or blocked by foreign matter.
3. There is residual gas inside the large piston.
Solution:
1. Find the smallest oil leak and repair it.
2. If the drain valve port is not tight, take the following steps:
3. Close the maintenance screw and unscrew the drain valve stem.
4. Use a magnet to connect a 6mm iron rod to suck out the steel ball, hold the steel ball with the iron rod and lightly hit one end of the iron rod to make the valve port more sealed, and then reset it. If you need to remove residual gas:
Unscrew the top screw of the piston and tighten the drain valve handwheel at the same time.
Press until the liquid oil overflows, and reset after ensuring that the gas is emptied.
3. Laboratory hydraulic press deformation
Cause analysis:
1. Long-term high-pressure use causes fatigue deformation of components.
2. The column or column nut is loose.
3. Operation exceeds the allowable pressure range of the laboratory hydraulic press.
Solution:
1. Check and tighten the column or column nut.
2. Reduce the operating pressure and avoid overload operation to avoid danger.
3. Maintain the equipment regularly to ensure safe operation.
Precautions for use of laboratory hydraulic press:
After initial use or transportation and before operation:
1. Loosen the oil cylinder screw (the screw needs to be tightened during transportation).
2. Loosen the oil release valve and shake the small piston pressure handle several times to remove air from the system.
Preload operation:
1. When pre-tightening the sample with a screw, use moderate force and avoid excessive force.
Travel restrictions:
1. The stroke of the large piston shall not exceed 50mm to ensure that the laboratory hydraulic press operates within a safe range.
Maintenance note:
2. Close the oil cylinder rear seat valve to prevent the oil in the oil cylinder from leaking out during maintenance.
Pressure range:
1. Pressurization must not exceed the design range of the equipment to avoid safety accidents.
Lubricating oil requirements:
1. Use 46# engine oil as the standard lubricant in the oil cylinder.
